    Welded-Tube with Extruded Tank Oil Coolers




    Welded-tube with extruded tank oil coolers characterize high pressure resistance suitable at all flow rate (from low to high). These coolers are designed for industrial application and for off-highway vehicles such as air compressors, diesel generator sets, construction/earth moving machines, hydraulic systems, heavy trucks and machine tools.






    This design incorporates welded flat oval tubes brazed with inner turbulators contributing to its superior performance and strength. The whole cross-sectional area of tubes is fully utilized, yielding high heat performance and compact design of oil cooler. The flat tubes enhance low air pressure drop feature across the core frontal area, which benefits in lower power requirement from cooling fan and less noise.



    These tubes brazed with turbulators endure high internal pressure. Thin and ultra fine cut louvered air fins can be brazed with these tubes. The louvers perform efficiently as secondary heat transfer surface. Non-louver fin type is also available for anti-clogging application while its unique wavy formation still provides superior heat transfer performance.

    With such optimal combination, these oil coolers when compared to other designs are:
    1. Significantly lighter in weight
    2. Smaller in size
    3. More durable to high and spike pressure




    Welded-Tube with Stamping Tank Oil Coolers



    Stamping tank oil coolers are the best solution for application that has limit/complex space. Formed tank gives us flexibility to make its shape fit to complicate envelope. These coolers characterize high pressure resistance suitable at low to medium flow rate. Most of these coolers are used in on-highway application such as motorbike, passenger car, light truck and bus.





    This design incorporates welded flat oval tubes brazed with inner turbulators contributing to its superior performance and high pressure resistance.



    Stacked-Plateย�Oil Coolers

    Stacked-plate oil coolers or plate type oil-to-air coolers (POA) are compact, light weight, and especially economical for low flow rate applications. Higher flow rate is also allowed when the limit of oil pressure drop is not prohibited. POA is suitable for automotive application. We offer two sizes: 32 mm core depth (d32) and 48 mm core depth (d48).
