- Product Description:Our intercoolers are available in high performance louvered fins and anti-clogging wave fins. Included with inner wave turbulators, the intercooler features high durability to pressure, high heat rejection, and low charge air pressure drop.
It can be assembled with three kinds of tanks: cast tank, stamp tank, and extruded tank, depending on cost effectiveness of demand volume.
1. Cast Tank Intercooler
The cast tank is widely used with charge air coolers since it has appropriate air passage which balances air flow across headers for efficient heat rejection. It is a good option for CAC with high demand due to high tooling cost.
2. Stamping Tank Intercooler
Where tank shape is permitted, stamping tank can be used to achieve weigh saving and economical cost at medium volume.
3. Extruded-tank Intercooler
Similar to radiator, the tools used with extruded-tank intercooler is flexible and, therefore, more economical to small batch order. - Place of Origin: Thailand
