  • Product Description:FOCUS is the new innovation of Binary's Time Recorder / Attendance Terminal which uses high performance RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) to identify the employees' ID number. At the radio frequency of 125 KHz., the ID from proximity ID cards will be automatically transferred to Focus unit when they are in range. Simultaneously, the video output signal (which is the combination of mini video camera,
    ID number and time stamp) will be sent out for any DVR (Digital Video Recorder) or computer recording. The unit is available for any ISO standard of 125 KHz. RFID cards, both read/write and read only cards.

    FOCUS is extremely easy to use and can be self installed in a short time. Just hang the unit on the wall the same way that is done for a wall-clock, plug-in the power cord and data cable (supplied in the package), install software on your PC, and the system is ready for using. It can also be mounted into the wall as an office decoration.

    For security purpose and to avoid buddy punching, some companies use biometric input devices that check fingerprints to ensure that the correct person is logging in and out. But in some situations, the fingerprints’ qualities or speed of fingerprint’s verification (e.g. many people logging in at the same time) is an obstacle of biometric machine. Focus is designed as an alternative to avoid these problems. It combines the speed of RFID card reader with the mini real-time video camera for both security and personnel identity confirmation.
